ASHWATER PARISH HALL FEES – MAY 2010 to MAY 2011

Des Shadrick Room 11.8m x 2.8m

Meeting Room 3.6m x 3.0m

Multi-Purpose Space 4.0m x 3.8m (Not rectangular)

Kitchen 3.6m x 3.00m

These fees are for non-commercial organisations.  Please phone 01409 211036 for business use prices.

Exclusive use of the whole hall and its facilities

 

9am - 1am £130 or £9.00 per hour

 

Organisations/groups and individuals not resident in the parish - a booking fee of £30 applies.

Jack Moon Hall

 

£5.00 per hour

 

If other rooms are required the hourly rate may be charged.  Use of other rooms which were not booked will incur the hourly rate applicable to the room used.

 

Organisations/groups and individuals not resident in the parish - a £10 booking fee applies.

Des Shadrick Room and the two meeting rooms

 

Before 6pm - £3.00 per hour and after 6pm - £4.00 per hour

 

Skittle teams may use two rooms at a price agreed by the hall committee for the skittles season.

Booking Times must include setting up and cleaning.  Charges apply from the time the hall is requested to be unlocked.

 

Kitchen: Use for preparing Non-Alcoholic Drinks Tea/Coffee etc is included in hall rates (consumables other than water not supplied). Use for any other catering – £25.00

 

Bar

Any function with a bar - £25.00 in addition to hire rates (See rules regarding licensing)

 

Cleaning

Any function can opt to pay a claening fee, £25.0 for an event at which no alcohol is served and £35.00 for a function serving alcohol.  The committee rerves the right to charge these fees if the hall is not left clean and tidy after use.

 

There are no extra charges for the use of tables, chairs or the stage.

 

Attention is drawn to the Standard Conditions of Hire and the Hire Agreement as both should be read in conjunction with this table of fees for booking purposes.

 

Our aim is to be as flexible and as exclusive as possible for your booking needs but as the hall is multifunctional then the kitchen may occasionally be in use by more than one hirer at a time if multiple rooms are being utilised by different hirers.
